On 7-22-06, SSG Christopher W. Swanson gave his life in Ramadi, Iraq in defense of this great country of ours. Since then his dad, Gary Swanson, has started a foundation in Christopher's honor. It was an honor for me to be asked to letter the back of Gary's motorcycle trailer. I had the opportunity to talk to Gary while working on his trailer on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Little did I know that this one sunny afternoon would be one of the most rewarding days ever and one that I'll never forget. SSG Christopher W. Swanson truly defines the term "HERO", and what Gary is doing for the service men and women and their families is nothing short of tremendous. Let us never forget those that have served and the sacrifice of those that never came home. "Thank you!" to all who are serving and those that have served!
